Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to be confident in your Actor's Toolkit Pro subscription. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for both monthly and annual plans.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing cycles — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends.

• Monthly plan ($9.99/month): cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing month, then reverts to the Free plan.
• Annual plan ($79.99/year): cancel anytime. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing year, then reverts to the Free plan.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Subscription in the app and follow the instructions, or visit our Contact & Support page. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of a new subscription: if you're not satisfied with Pro within the first 7 days of a new subscription (monthly or annual), contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
• After 7 days: subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your Pro access will continue until the end of your current period.
• Accidental or duplicate charges: if you were charged by mistake, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it — including a full refund where appropriate.

What Happens to Your Data

When your subscription ends and you revert to the Free plan, all your data is preserved. You will still have access to your auditions, characters, rehearsals, self-tapes, goals, and career data. The Free plan has limits on the number of active items you can create (5 auditions, 3 characters, 5 monologues, 3 goals), but you can still view and edit existing items that exceed those limits. If you re-subscribe to Pro later, all limits are lifted immediately.

Subscription Resume

If you cancel and later decide to re-subscribe, you can do so at any time from the Pricing page or the Pro page in the app. Any data created during your Free period remains fully accessible when you upgrade again.
