Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Actor's Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Actor's Toolkit is a career management platform that helps actors manage auditions, characters, rehearsals, self-tapes, goals, and career data. The service is available in two tiers:

• Free plan: includes up to 5 active auditions, 3 characters, 5 monologues, 3 goals, and basic career and preparation tools.
• Pro plan ($9.99/month or $79.99/year): includes unlimited auditions, characters, monologues, and goals, plus advanced analytics, AI coaching tools, and premium features.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing Free plan limits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Enter false, misleading, or copyrighted content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to access another user's data or circumvent security measures.
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the application.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

AI Features

Actor's Toolkit provides AI-powered coaching tools (available on the Pro plan) that generate insights based on the data you enter. These tools are designed to support your creative process but are not a substitute for professional acting coaching or career advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated recommendations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI suggestions.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($79.99) through Base44 Payments.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time — see our Refund Policy for details.
• Free plan limits are enforced server-side. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in Actor's Toolkit (auditions, characters, notes, etc.). We claim no ownership rights over your creative work. The Actor's Toolkit software, branding, and design are owned by Poitier Rahmaan and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Actor's Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will lead to auditions, callbacks, or bookings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
